Terms & Conditions
Nature of the Games
- Our games involve elements of both skill and chance; therefore, no guarantee can be made regarding the number of winners.
Ring Toss: We use standard green wine bottles and thin rings to ensure fairness. Unlike some operators, we do not use trick bottles or oversized rings designed to disadvantage players.
Ball Toss: Winning and losing holes are proportioned based on seasonal prize cost calculations. We reserve the right to adjust the number of winning holes as required.
Pricing and Prizes
- Prices are set at the start of each event unless otherwise agreed in writing beforehand.
- We reserve the right to amend prices before or during an event.
- Prizes vary and are sourced from reputable fairground game suppliers.
Event Attendance
- We reserve the right to cancel attendance at any event for reasons deemed necessary, including (but not limited to) insufficient prizes or medical emergencies.
- We may decline participation in events we consider financially unviable.
- For unfamiliar events, we may request verification, such as:
- Official event website or Facebook page address.
- Photos of past events.
- Advertising evidence.
- List of other booked stalls and attractions.
Payment Terms for Event Attendance
- We comply with written agreements / booking form terms for established events. For new or informal events, the following terms apply:
Accuracy of Information: Payment agreements are made in good faith based on the organiser’s representations. If actual attendance differs significantly from stated expectations (e.g., 2,000 expected, but only 200 attended), we reserve the right to reduce or withhold payment.
Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled by the organiser, no pitch fee will be payable, and any pre-paid fees must be refunded.
Changes to Event Terms: If event duration or scope is reduced (e.g., two days reduced to one), fees payable by us will be adjusted accordingly.
Percentage-Based Fees: For percentage agreements, payment will be made by bank transfer within three (3) working days after the event. For security reasons, cash payments cannot be counted during or at the end of the event.
Donations: Donations (if agreed) will be based on performance and made after the event ends. If takings are below £150, we reserve the right not to provide a donation.
Advance Payments (for set pitch fees): Advance payments can only be made to accounts associated with the event or organiser. We do not pay into personal accounts. If no official account exists, payment can be made in cash on the day.
